Reimbursable Basis definition

Reimbursable Basis means the method of payment wherein an employing unit has elected to reimburse this department for the amount of benefits chargeable to such unit in lieu of making quarterly contributions to the department.
Reimbursable Basis means that Program funds will only be released for project costs that have been incurred and paid prior to requisitioning.

Related to Reimbursable Basis

  • Reasonable Basis means reasonable basis within the meaning of Section 6662(d)(2)(B)(ii)(II) of the Code and the Treasury Regulations promulgated thereunder (or such other level of confidence required by the Code at that time to avoid the imposition of penalties).

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Reimbursable item also means “allowable cost” and “compensable item.”

  • Reasonable Additional Expenses means expenses for meals, taxi fares, essential telephone calls, local transportation, and lodging which are necessarily incurred as the result of Trip Delay and which are not provided by the Common Carrier or any other party free of charge.

  • Eligible Basis has the meaning given to it in Section 42(d) of the Code.
