Reimbursable Charges definition

Reimbursable Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
Reimbursable Charges means the actual costs incurred by Foresight in connection with the performance of the Services (exclusive of amounts of regular time wages and wage-related insurance and taxes paid to those Foresight personnel covered by the Hourly Billing Rates), including without limitation amounts paid for: (a) out-of-town travel and related expenses, (b) transportation, (c) long distance communications, (d) reproductions, (e) postage & handling of documents, (f) services of sub-consultants and subcontractors to Foresight, and (g) overtime work; provided, however, that no sub-consultant or subcontractor shall be employed and no overtime work shall be performed without Client’s consent, as confirmed in writing by Foresight to the Client. Client’s consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Examples of Reimbursable Charges in a sentence

  • Once you meet these maximums, your plan then pays 100 percent of the "Maximum Reimbursable Charges" or negotiated fees for covered services.

  • Deductibles do not include any amounts in excess of Maximum Reimbursable Charges, any penalties, or expenses incurred in addition to Covered Expenses.

  • If Operator is terminated under Section 15.2, Operator shall only be entitled to its Reimbursable Charges due or incurred to the date of termination.

  • For greater certainty, it is understood and agreed that Sections 15.1 to 15.3 do not apply where this Agreement is terminated and Operator ceases to be Operator as a result of the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.2; in which case Operator shall be paid the Reimbursable Charges only up to the date of termination of this Agreement.

  • Only Maximum Reimbursable Charges will be applied to the Out-of-Network Deductible.

  • The Out of Pocket Maximums do not include any amounts in excess of Maximum Reimbursable Charges, any penalties, or any amounts in excess of other benefit limits of this Policy.

  • If Operator resigns under Section 15.3, then Operator shall be entitled to receive Reimbursable Charges due or incurred to the date of termination, and reimbursement of all costs and expenses incurred by Operator, including severance costs of direct charge position employees terminated as a result of the resignation, not otherwise reimbursed under Section 8 of this Agreement.

  • Such Management Fee shall be in addition to any Reimbursable Charges contained in Section 8.2 and shall compensate Operator for the Services performed for MPC by Operator.

  • Invoices shal be submitted based on actual time and reasonable, necessary, and maximum al owable expenses expended on the contract work, with labor rates for the CONSULTANT’S personnel as shown below and in accordance with bil ing instructions contained in the COMMISSION’S Guidelines for Consultant Billing of Direct Reimbursable Charges to Contracts to be issued to the CONSULTANT by the Utilities Division’s Business Analyst once this contract is executed as shown below.

Related to Reimbursable Charges

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Reimbursable Expenses means all assignment-related costs [such as travel, translation, report printing, secretarial expenses, subject to specified maximum limits in the Contract].

  • Reimbursable item also means “allowable cost” and “compensable item.”

  • Transfer expenses means all expenses of a transfer that the transfer agreement requires the payee to pay or have deducted from the gross advance amount, including, but not limited to, court filing fees, attorney fees, escrow fees, lien recordation fees, judgment and lien search fees, finders' fees, commissions, and other payments to a broker or other intermediary. Transfer expenses do not include preexisting obligations of the payee that are payable for the payee's account from the proceeds of a transfer.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.
