Reimbursable(s) definition

Reimbursable(s) means tangible item(s) utilized by Criteria Architect’s or Subconsultant’s employees in the performance of Service(s).
Reimbursable(s) means, with respect to any Program Receivable, payments allocable to sales, use or similar taxes and payments allocable to fines for parking violations or tolls incurred by any Obligor but assessed to the owner of a leased vehicle.
Reimbursable(s) means all (i) reasonable and documented out-of-pocket developmental, legal, licensure and other out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by either Operator under this Agreement, and (ii) all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket tax preparation, accounting, legal and administrative fees and expenses incurred by either Operator in connection with its direct or indirect ownership of Owner.

  • If the Subservicer advances any Reimbursables during any Collection Period with respect to any Program Receivable, then the Servicer shall reimburse the Subservicer in accordance with the applicable Monthly Invoice.

More Definitions of Reimbursable(s)

Reimbursable(s) shall have the meaning set forth in Article 14.5.
Reimbursable(s) means all amounts payable to Buyer pursuant to any of the Hotel Management Agreements consistent with Buyer’s Accounting Practices, but specifically excluding Management Fees.

If the cost of the Tenant Improvements exceeds the Allowance, Tenant shall have sole responsibility for the payment of such excess cost. If the cost of the Tenant’s Improvements is less than the Allowance, Tenant shall not be entitled to any payment or credit for such excess amount. To the extent any portion of the Allowance has not been advanced to Tenant by April, 30, 2008, the remaining portion of the Allowance as of said date shall be forfeited to Landlord, and Tenant shall be solely responsible for the costs of any Tenant Improvements on and after said date.
Reimbursable(s) means actual direct expenditures (without overhead, fee, markup or profit) made by the Design-Builder in the interest of the Project for the following items: long- distance communications; reproductions, postage and handling of plans, drawings, specifications and other documents (excluding reproductions for the office use of the Design-Builder).
