Examples of Transition Expenses in a sentence
In no event shall the Successor Servicer be responsible for any Transition Expenses.
If such Transition Expenses are not paid to the successor Servicer by the predecessor Servicer, such Transition Expenses shall be paid under Section 5.08(a)(i) hereof.
As compensation therefor, the Backup Servicer shall be entitled to the Servicing Fee, together with other servicing compensation in the form of assumption fees, late payment charges or otherwise as provided herein; including, without limitation, Transition Expenses.
