Reimbursement Documentation. Each Party agrees to cooperate in the process of seeking FEMA and State direct reimbursement for the services provided under this Agreement and to the extent applicable to the service shall cooperate in good faith to provide records satisfactory to the Federal and State government. Expending Funds: Each Party that performs services or furnishes aid pursuant to this Agreement shall do so with funds available from current revenues of the Party.
