Reimbursement Documentation definition

Reimbursement Documentation means the Reimbursement Agreement together with the related amended and restated guarantee agreement, the security agreement, the pledge agreement and the indemnity, subrogation and contribution agreement and any other security documents executed in connection therewith.

Reimbursement Documentation. Each Party agrees to cooperate in the process of seeking FEMA and State direct reimbursement for the services provided under this Agreement and to the extent applicable to the service shall cooperate in good faith to provide records satisfactory to the Federal and State government. Expending Funds: Each Party that performs services or furnishes aid pursuant to this Agreement shall do so with funds available from current revenues of the Party. No Party shall have any liability for the failure to expend funds to provide aid hereunder. Insurance: Each Party agrees to provide the minimal level of general liability insurance as required by State law. In the event of any cause of action or claim asserted against either Party, that Party will provide the other party timely notice of such claim, dispute, or notice, and shall at their own expense, faithfully and completely defend and protect themselves against any and all liabilities arising from the claim, cause of action, or notice.
