Reimbursement Note definition

Reimbursement Note means a note issued by the Borrower to RUS, in the form of Annex D attached hereto, as the same may be amended, supplemented, or restated from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof.
Reimbursement Note means the promissory note dated as of even date herewith from the Company to the Bank evidencing all Tender Advances, if any, to be made under this Agreement, which note shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Reimbursement Note has the meaning given to that term in the Series C Bond Guarantee Agreement.

Reimbursement Note means the note executed and delivered by each Eligible CDFI to the United States of America, to evidence the Eligible CDFI’s obligation to reimburse the Guarantor for any payments made by the Guarantor pursuant to a Guarantee.
