In connection with the foregoing, Overstock shall execute such documents evidencing Arbor ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ retained ownership in the Reimbursement Rights at or following Closing (as defined below) to the extent necessary to effectuate this subparagraph 1(b). The obligations of this subparagraph 1(b) shall survive the Closing.
