The Company and the Reinsurer shall have the right to offset any balance or amounts due from one party to the other under the terms of this Contract.
Nothing herein shall in any manner create any obligations or establish any rights against the Reinsurer in favor of any third party or any persons not parties to this Contract.
However, a Subscribing Reinsurer or its designated representatives shall not have any right of access to the records of the Company if it is not current in all undisputed payments due the Company.
