Reinsured Policies definition

Reinsured Policies has the meaning assigned to it in the Reinsurance Agreement.
Reinsured Policies means all paid-up insurance policies, issued by the Company, that are in force on the Effective Date, except policies offered in settlement to so called "HIV" policyholders and paid-up business associated with the Company's Jr./Sr. Plan Single Premium Interest Sensitive Whole Life Policies, including, without limitation, policy loans.
Reinsured Policies has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1.

Examples of Reinsured Policies in a sentence

  • The Reinsurer remains liable for all Reinsured Policies in force as of the date of the termination, until their natural expiration, unless the parties mutually decide otherwise or as specified otherwise in this Agreement.

  • For purposes of this Article, Reinsured Policies include conditional receipts and temporary insurance agreements covered under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Failing prompt correction, the Reinsurer may limit its liability to the correctly reported Reinsured Policies.

More Definitions of Reinsured Policies

Reinsured Policies means Policies issued (i) on the policy forms identified in Exhibit I and riders thereto in force as of 11:59 p.m. (EST) on December 18, 2009 and (ii) as a result of any Conversions thereto, but not including any End of Term Conversions arising from Coverages with an Original Initial Level Premium Period ending on or after January 1, 2017.
Reinsured Policies means those term life insurance policies reinsured by the Company pursuant to the Transamerica Reinsurance Agreement.
Reinsured Policies means, collectively, all Terminated Policies, Existing Policies and New Policies.
Reinsured Policies means, collectively, each “Underlying Reinsurance Agreement” as such term is defined in the Existing AII Quota Share Agreement and each policy reinsured under the Existing AEL Quota Share Agreement.
Reinsured Policies has the meaning set forth in the Reinsurance Agreement. “Reinsured Risks” has the meaning set forth in the Reinsurance Agreement. “Representative” of a Person means the directors, officers, employees, advisors, agents, stockholders, consultants, independent accountants, investment bankers, counsel or other representatives of such Person and of such Person’s Affiliates.
Reinsured Policies means (x) each of the policies issued by the Ceding Company, including all riders and endorsements that were issued with such policies and renewals and reinstatements thereof, that are (a) with respect to inforce policies, set forth in the Ceding Company’s census file attached as Schedule 1.01(b)(i), and (b) with respect to disabled lives, set forth in the Ceding Company’s Prophet In-Force file attached as Schedule 1.01(b)(ii), and in each case of (a) and (b), that were issued on the policy forms set forth on Schedule 1.01(c), and (y) certain riders to policies issued by the Ceding Company that are attached to policy forms set forth on Schedule 1.01(c). The material coverages and policy specifications based on circumstances as of the Effective Time for the inforce policies set forth in Schedule 1.01(b)(i) are as set forth on Schedule 1.01(b)(iii), and the material coverages and policy specifications based on circumstances as of the Effective Time for disabled lives set forth on Schedule 1.01(b)(ii) are as set forth on columns “E”, “R”, “AJ”, “AR”, “AT”, “BQ” and “DB” of such Schedule 1.01(b)(ii).
Reinsured Policies means, collectively, each binder, certificate, policy, contract of insurance, treaty, reinsurance agreement or other written evidence of insurance written or assumed by Aspen on or prior to December 31, 2019.
