Rejected Goods definition

Rejected Goods has the meaning given under Clause 4.2 of Schedule 2;
Rejected Goods means any Goods rejected by the Government pursuant to Clause 7(a)(i) or 7(a)(ii).
Rejected Goods is defined in Section 3.3.

  • The Contractor shall remove the Rejected Goods and the Contractor Property in accordance with the terms and conditions of the written notice.

  • Rejected Goods and Services not removed within fifteen (15) days will be regarded as abandoned and the County shall have the right to dispose of such Goods and Services as its own property and shall retain that portion of the proceeds of any sale which represents the County’s costs and expenses in regard to the storage and sale of the Goods and Services.

  • Rejected Goods may be returned at the Supplier’s risk and expense and the Supplier will refund any monies paid by the British Council in relation to such rejected Goods (or the British Council shall be entitled to deduct the amount of such monies from any future invoice payable by the British Council).

More Definitions of Rejected Goods

Rejected Goods means Goods rejected by the Client in accordance with Clause 9 of these Conditions.

AccuMed will comply with RELA's Return Material Authorization procedures. RELA shall not be responsible for products damaged in shipment, unless not packaged per Section 6.1 contained herein.
Rejected Goods means Goods that do not comply with the Specifications or any other provisions contained in this Agreement (including Defective Goods) and which the Customer has rejected by written notice to the Supplier within the Rejection Period;
Rejected Goods has the meaning given to that term in Clause 14.2. “Rejection Notice” has the meaning given to that term in Clause 14.2.
Rejected Goods. All rejected goods will be held at vendor’s risk and expense, subject to vendor’s prompt advice as to disposition. Unless otherwise arranged all rejected goods will be returned and all handling costs will be charged back to vendor.
