Rejected Release Request. A Request for Release that is rejected because (i) the Custodian no longer has custody of the Mortgage File or (ii) the Request for Release is improperly prepared.
Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
Request for Release A release signed by a Servicing Officer, in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.
Release Notice has the meaning specified in Section 11.19(b).
Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:
Claims Objection Deadline means the later of: (a) the date that is 180 days after the Effective Date; and (b) such other date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court, after notice and hearing, upon a motion Filed before the expiration of the deadline to object to Claims or Interests.
Pre-Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.
Claim Objection Deadline means the first Business Day that is 180 days after the Effective Date, as may be extended by order of the Bankruptcy Court.

Release of Claims means the Release of Claims in substantially the same form attached hereto as Exhibit B (as the same may be revised from time to time by the Company upon the advice of counsel).
Advance Request Form A certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.
Urgent care request means a claim relating to an admission, availability of care, continued stay or health care service for which the covered person received emergency services but has not been discharged from a facility, or any Pre-Service Claim or concurrent care claim for medical care or treatment for which application of the time periods for making a regular external review determination:
Proof of Claim and Release means the Proof of Claim and Release form for submitting a Claim, which, subject to approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-2, that a Class Member must complete and submit should that Class Member seek to share in a distribution of the Net Settlement Fund.
Notice of Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 9.4(a).
Plan Objection Deadline means the date the Bankruptcy Court establishes as the deadline to File an objection to Confirmation of the Plan.
Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.
Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
