Related Credit Documents means the collective reference to (i) each of the loan agreements set forth on Schedule 1.1
Related Credit Documents means, for each Portfolio Asset, the following documents or instruments entered into with respect to such Portfolio Asset (including all amendments, supplements or modifications thereto) to the extent applicable and to the extent the delivery of the same is not waived by the Qualified Required Lenders, each in its sole discretion:
