Related entitlements definition

Related entitlements means boarding related payments made under the ABSTUDY Scheme such as Rent Assistance, Remote Area Allowance, and Pharmaceutical Allowance made to an Entitled Student in addition to Living Allowance. Remote Area Allowance is only paid for students from a defined remote area and Pharmaceutical Allowance is only paid for temporarily incapacitated students.

  • Entitlement means the number specified as such in the relevant Launch Announcement and Supplemental Listing Document, subject to any adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4;

  • Security Entitlement The meaning specified in Section 8-102(a)(17) of the UCC.

  • Full Entitlement ADR(s) “Full Entitlement ADS(s)” and “Full Entitlement Share(s)” shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.12.

  • Securities Entitlement means the rights and property interests of an Entitlement Holder with respect to a Financial Asset as set forth in Part 5 of Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Entitlement Order shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102 of the UCC.

  • Entitlement Holder shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102 of the UCC.

  • Related Contracts is defined in clause (c) of Section 2.1.

  • Cash Management Services means any cash management or related services including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements.

  • Partial Entitlement ADR(s) “Partial Entitlement ADS(s)” and “Partial Entitlement Share(s)” shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.12.

  • Cash Management Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
