Related Events definition

Related Events means all Losses or Claims which arise out of, are based upon, attributable to or connected in any way to the same originating cause or source.
Related Events the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the Security Documents, and the Eligible Securitization Transaction Documents, in accordance with the respective terms thereof.
Related Events means all Events that are based upon or arise from the same or any continuous, repeated or substantially similar fact, circumstance, subject, situation, decision, cause, person or persons, or transaction, or series of substantially similar facts, circumstances, subjects, situations, decisions, causes, person or persons, or transactions.

Examples of Related Events in a sentence

  • For any damages incurred during Additional Races or Related Events which A.S.O. has not organised, it may not be held liable under any circumstances.

More Definitions of Related Events

Related Events means Events based upon, arising out of, directly or indirectly resulting from, in consequence of, or in any way involving the same or related facts, circumstances, transactions, decisions, events or situations or the same or otherwise related series of facts, circumstances, transactions, decisions, events or situations, regardless of whether related logically or causally, and even if the timing is not immediate or concurrent. All such Related Events shall be treated as a single Event and whenever made, all shall be considered first made during the Policy Period in which the earliest Related Event was first made and further, all shall be subject to the same Limit of Insurance.

Related to Related Events

  • Excluded Events has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(d)(ii).

  • Listed Events means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.

  • Designated Event with respect to X means that:—

  • Prior Related Event means any transaction, event, circumstance, action, failure to act, occurrence of any sort or type, whether known or unknown, which occurred, existed, was taken, permitted or begun at any time prior to the Effective Date or occurred, existed, was taken, was permitted or begun in accordance with, pursuant to or by virtue of any of the terms of the Credit Agreement or any documents executed in connection with the Credit Agreement or which was related to or connected in any manner, directly or indirectly, to any of the Notes or Letters of Credit.

  • Specified Event has the meaning given to such term in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA.”

  • Threshold Event Collateral shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5(g).

  • Specified Event of Default means an Event of Default under Section 7.01(a), (b), (h) or (i).

  • Insured Event shall have the meaning given such term in Section 12.4.

  • Covered Event means any event or occurrence related to the fact that Indemnitee is or was a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company, or any subsidiary of the Company, or is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise, or by reason of any action or inaction on the part of Indemnitee while serving in such capacity.

  • Unmatured Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice, the passage of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Termination Events means each of the events specified in Clause 10.3 of this Contract.

  • Extraordinary Events Any of the following conditions with respect to a Mortgaged Property (or, with respect to a Cooperative Loan, the Cooperative Apartment) or Mortgage Loan causing or resulting in a loss which causes the liquidation of such Mortgage Loan:

  • Triggering Events means Triggering Event I, Triggering Event II and Triggering Event III, collectively.

  • Widely attended event means an event at which at least 25 persons have been invited to attend or there is a reasonable expectation that at least 25 persons will attend the event and the event is open to individuals (i) who are members of a public, civic, charitable or professional organization, (ii) who are from a particular industry or profession or (iii) who represent persons interested in a particular issue.

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Servicer Event of Default One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.

  • Note Event of Default means any “Event of Default” specified in Section 5.1 of the Indenture.

  • Servicer Termination Events (or any analogous term under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement) include customary market termination events with respect to failure to make advances, failure to timely remit payments to the Non-Lead Note Holders as required hereunder or under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement (subject to no more than one business day grace period), failure to timely deposit amounts into any REO Account or to remit to a Servicer for deposit into a related collection or custodial account, failure to deliver (or cause to be delivered) materials or information required in order for each Non-Lead Note Holder or each Non-Lead Depositor to timely comply with its obligations under the Exchange Act, the Securities Act and Form SF-3, and for rating agency downgrades or other triggers with respect to any certificates issued in connection with a Non-Lead Securitization, subject to customary grace periods (provided that, in the case of failures related to the securities laws, such grace periods will not cause a Non-Lead Depositor to fail to comply with the applicable provisions of such securities laws). Upon the occurrence of such a Servicer Termination Event with respect to the Master Servicer affecting a Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder and the Master Servicer is not otherwise terminated pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer shall be required, upon the direction of such Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder, to appoint a subservicer with respect to such Non-Lead Securitization Note. Upon the occurrence of a Servicer Termination Event with respect to the Special Servicer affecting a Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder and the Special Servicer is not otherwise terminated pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Trustee shall, upon direction of such Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder, terminate the Special Servicer with respect to, but only with respect to, the Mortgage Loan;

  • Delinquency Event A Delinquency Event shall have occurred with respect to any Distribution Date if the Rolling Three Month Delinquency Rate as of the last day of the immediately preceding calendar month equals or exceeds 53.00% of the Senior Enhancement Percentage for such Distribution Date.

  • Senior Event of Default means an Event of Default under the Senior Loan Documents.

  • Events means an action or occurrence, at any given location within the Authorized System that causes a Collection System Overflow. An Event ends when there is no recurrence of a CSO or SSO in the Collection System at the same location in the 12-hour period following the last Collection System Overflow.

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Mortgage Loan Event of Default means an “Event of Default” under and as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Loan Event of Default means any of the events specified in Section 5.1 of the Loan Agreement, provided that any requirement for the giving of notice, the lapse of time, or both, or any other condition, event or act has been satisfied.

  • Master Servicer Event of Default One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.
