Related Improvements definition

Related Improvements shall be defined to mean “those public improvements which are typically constructed in conjunction with a public street, such as (but not limited to) public utility lines and appurtenances; traffic signals; signs serving a public purpose; storm water management infrastructure; street trees, grass, and other landscaping; and street lights.”

  • It is the purpose and intent of this Agreement to further set forth terms and conditions of the development approval of the MPUD, identified in the MPUD Conditions of Approval, as the same relate to the design, right-of-way dedication, permitting, and construction of certain Dedications, Site Related Improvements and S.
