Related Information definition

Related Information means the following information in relation to a member–

Related Information means any information provided by the Ministry in respect to (but not limited to) the interpretation, access, use, storage, record keeping, disclosure of the Data, Shared Data and this Agreement.

Related Information means any research data, designs, formulae, process information and other information pertaining to any invention claimed in the Patent Rights owned by BIDMC, for which there is no obligation to any third party, and (i) is known as of the Effective Date and disclosed to the BIDMC Technology Ventures Office by Xx. • SFG20 shall not be responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any SFG20 Schedule or Related Information.

Related Information has the meaning specified in Section 4.17.
