Related Investment definition

Related Investment means, with respect to any Person, (a) each Investment with respect to which such Person is an Issuer, and (b) each Investment with respect to which such Person is a “reference entity” or “reference obligor”.
Related Investment means bonds, debentures, notes or other evidence of indebtedness in, or shares, units or other evidence of ownership in the Romspen Mortgage Limited Partnership or any other entity, including specifically a joint venture or a mortgage investment corporation, engaged directly or indirectly in the funding, holding or investing in Mortgages granted as security for loans, or the sole or principal purpose and activity of which is to invest in, hold and deal in Mortgages.
Related Investment means an investment by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in a vendor to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or in a Person engaged in a business that is conducted by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement and businesses reasonably related thereto.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary in this Section 5.17, no indirect Transfer of Preferred Shares (or Conversion Shares) by any Person shall constitute a Transfer under this Section 5.17 if, after giving effect thereto, the applicable Preferred Shares (or Conversion Shares) remain owned by a Related Investment Fund of the underlying Investor.

  • The Parties reaffirm their commitments to the WTO Agreement on Trade- Related Investment Measures (hereinafter referred to as the “TRIMs”) and hereby incorporate the provisions of TRIMs, as part of this Agreement.
