Related Note definition

Related Note has the meaning ascribed to such term in paragraph 27 of the Instrument.

Related Note means, collectively, the Secured Promissory Note dated of even date herewith made by the Related Borrower to evidence the Related Indebtedness in the original principal amount of $5,980,000.00, together with all extensions, renewals, amendments and modifications.

Related Note an equipment note issued pursuant to a Related Mortgage.

• The preceding sentence shall not limit the rights of the Related Note Holders with respect to Related Secured Obligations under the Trust Indenture, provided that a Related Note Holder shall not, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Collateral when and if the Related Secured Obligations attributable to the Related Equipment Note held by such Holder shall have been paid in full.

• Borrower is executing and delivering this Note in accordance with the terms, provisions, and requirements of the 2011 Assumption Agreement and to further evidence the indebtedness of Borrower under the Loan Documents as so modified, extended, reaffirmed and assumed pursuant to the 2011 Assumption Agreement, this Note, the Related Note and other applicable Loan Documents.

Related Note means, with respect to any Loan, the Note therefor, and with respect to any Item of Equipment, any Note or Notes issued by Lessor to finance or refinance in whole or in part the Debt Component of the Acquisition Cost therefor.
