Related Organisation means a person that is: (a) established by the Crown or under statute (and may include any body that is not a separate legal person); and (b) nominated by the Authority; and includes, as at the Commencement Date, those bodies listed in part (a) of the definition of "Agency";

  • Indirect Losses Save where stated to the contrary, there shall be no right to claim damages for breach of this Contract, in tort or on any other basis whatsoever, to the extent that any loss claimed by either Party or a Related Organisation is for Indirect Losses.
