Related Organisation definition

Related Organisation means a person that is: (a) established by the Crown or under statute (and may include any body that is not a separate legal person); and (b) nominated by the Authority; and includes, as at the Commencement Date, those bodies listed in part (a) of the definition of "Agency";
Related Organisation means a statutory organisation in the Public Sector which renders professional educational, and related services in the financial, audit, risk and/or performance management disciplines as approved by the Board;
Related Organisation means all organisations that are under the control of Kiwi Group Holdings Limited;

  • The Contractor shall give notice to the Authority, or, where applicable, to the relevant Related Organisation as soon as reasonably practicable of any proceedings in relation to any Third Party Claim (including any claim by employees of the Parties) to which the Authority or relevant Related Organisation is or is likely to be a party, regardless of whether the Contractor (or any sub-contractor) is also a party to such proceedings, and such notice shall set out full particulars of the claim.

  • The Contractor shall prevent information detrimental to the security of the Authority or any Related Organisation coming into the possession of unauthorised persons and shall establish an audit trail to track the movement and location of the Prescribed Documentation at all times.

  • Operational Staff who cannot produce a proper pass when required to do so by any appropriate personnel or agent of the Authority or Related Organisation, or who contravene any conditions on the basis of which a pass is issued, may be refused admission to the Authority's Premises or required to leave such Authority's Premises.

  • Where the Authority or a Related Organisation is the Indemnified Party it shall at all times take all reasonable steps to minimise and mitigate any loss for which it is entitled to bring a claim against the Contractor pursuant to this Contract.

  • The Authority or, as applicable, the relevant Related Organisation shall be responsible for determining in its absolute discretion and notwithstanding any other provision in the Contract or any other agreement whether the Commercially Sensitive Information and/or any other Information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Practice on Government Information, FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations.

  • Where either Party or a Related Organisation (the "Indemnified Party") wishes to make a claim under this Contract against a Party providing an indemnity under this Contract (the "Indemnifying Party") in relation to a claim made against it by a third party (a "Third Party Claim"), the Indemnified Party shall give notice of the relevant claim as soon as reasonably practicable setting out full particulars of the claim.

  • The Contractor shall ensure that the Prescribed Documentation shall only be issued for review outside the following organisations: the Authority (including any contractors contracted to operate prisons); any Authority Related Party; any Related Organisation; any coroner (as defined in section 1 of the Coroners Act 1988); or the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman where the Authority has given its prior written consent.

  • The Authority agrees that it and, where applicable, the relevant Related Organisation shall not settle or compromise any Third Party Claim giving rise to losses exceeding ten thousand pounds (£10,000) for which the Contractor is liable to indemnify the Authority or Related Organisation under clause 54.1 (Contractor's Indemnity) without prior consultation with the Contractor.
