Related Parent definition

Related Parent means any corporation or other entity in an unbroken chain of corporations or other entities in which the Company is a member and in which each corporation or other entity owns more than fifty percent (50%) of the total fair market value and total voting power in one of the other corporations or entities in the chain.
Related Parent means any corporation or other entity in an unbroken chain of corporations or other entities of which the Company is a part, in which each corporation or other entity owns more than fifty percent of the total fair market value and total voting power of the equity interest in one of the other corporations or entities in the chain, and ending with the corporation or other entity to which the Grantee primarily provides services.
Related Parent means The Related Companies, L.P., a New York limited partnership, together with its successors.
