Related Procedure the meaning given in Section 9.5; "Related Water Supply Meter" or "RWSM" for a Supply Point where the Sewerage Services are not directly Metered and there is a related Supply Point for Water Services, any meter or meters measuring the supply of Water Services to such Supply Point;
Related Procedure has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 34 of Schedule Part 18; Relevant Authority means any court with the relevant jurisdiction and any local, national or supra-national agency, inspectorate, minister, ministry, official or public or statutory person of the government of the United Kingdom, or of the European Union, or of the Scottish Executive or the Scottish Parliament;
Related Procedure means a procedure for the adjudication or determination of a Related Dispute under an adjudication procedure which meets the requirements set out in section 108 of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and is in all material respects equivalent to the adjudication procedure in paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 16 of the Schedule (Dispute Resolution Procedure);

Related to Related Procedure

  • Associated Procedures means those procedures and/or statements that have been adopted by the Underwriter, the Adviser, a Fund or the Compliance Department, and which are designed to supplement this Code and its provisions.
