Relative Percentage definition

Relative Percentage means the initial Applicable Percentage in respect of a given Contract as adjusted following each sale of Treasury Securities (for the purpose of distributing the resulting proceeds to Holders) upon any Acceleration upon Event of Default or Special Acceleration under any of the Contracts, as provided for in Section 2.4(d), so as to reflect the proportion of the remaining Treasury Securities attributable to such Contract.
Relative Percentage means the quotient obtained by dividing (A) such Stockholder’s Aggregate Ownership of the applicable class of Company Securities immediately following the Determination Time by (B) such Stockholder’s Aggregate Ownership of the applicable class of Company Securities as of the date hereof.
Relative Percentage means for any shareholder of STF the percentage obtained by dividing the percentage interest of such shareholder in STF by the aggregate percentage interest of all other shareholders of STF, in each case, to the extent applicable, on an “as converted” basis.
