Examples of Relative Performance in a sentence
In making determinations of the number of Shares that vest hereunder, all Relative Performance Percentage fractional percentages and Share numbers below .5 shall be rounded down to the nearest whole percentage or Share number, respectively and all Relative Performance Percentage fractional percentages and Share numbers of .5 or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole percentage or Share number, respectively.
The number of Earned Tranche 1 Units shall be equal to the Tranche 1 Units (identified in Section 1 above) multiplied by the Tranche 1 Relative Performance Multiplier (as defined herein).
If the Company’s Total Shareholder Return Rank is between 50% and 75%, the Tranche 1 Relative Performance Multiplier will be determined using a straight line interpolation (between 1 and 2).
If the Relative Performance Percentage is greater than 0% but less than 5%, then the number of Performance Stock Units subject to this Award that vest shall equal the sum of (x) 38% of the Target Award, plus (y) (A) the Relative Performance Percentage multiplied by (B) 62% of the Target Award multiplied by (C) 20.
If the Relative Performance is between the 35th percentile and 55th percentile of Peer Companies, or between the 55th percentile and 75th percentile of Peer Companies, the percentage of the Award LTIP Units earned will be determined using linear interpolation as between those tiers, respectively.
