Substantial Performance definition

Substantial Performance means the stage of completion when:(a) all Work, as certified by the Contract Administrator, is capable of completion or correction at a cost of not more than:

Substantial Performance means that the Contract is “substantially performed” in accordance with the criteria set out in Section 1(2) of the Builders Lien Act (irrespective of the applicability of the Act to the Work);

Substantial Performance means the Work, or a substantial part of it, is ready for use or is being used for the purpose intended;

Substantial Performance means the date on which all required approvals of public authorities having jurisdiction over the Upgrade have been obtained and the Upgrade is ready for use or is being used for its intended purpose.
