Subject to early termination of this Agreement pursuant to Sections 4(b) or 5 below, as soon as practicable following the end of the Performance Period, the Company shall determine the Cumulative Operating Revenue Growth Rate (as defined in Section 3(c)), Return on Average Equity (as defined in Section 3(d)) and Relative Return on Average Equity (as defined in Section 3(e)) over such Performance Period.
