Relative TSR Percentage definition

Relative TSR Percentage means, as of any given date, the result, expressed as a percentage, determined by subtracting (i) the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Aggregate Market Capitalization as of such date, by (B) the Aggregate Baseline Capitalization Value as of such date, minus (ii) one (1), provided, however, that if the Aggregate Baseline Capitalization Value equals or exceeds the Aggregate Market Capitalization on such date, the Relative TSR Percentage as of such date shall equal the lesser of the Relative TSR Underperformance Component as of such date or zero.
Relative TSR Percentage means the Corporation’s TSR for the applicable Performance Period as compared to the TSR achieved by the Index during the applicable Performance Period, expressed as a percentage.
Relative TSR Percentage means the percentage specified in the following table that corresponds to the Relative TSR ranking achieved by the Company during the Performance Period. If the Relative TSR is between performance levels specified in the table, the corresponding Relative TSR Percentage will be determined by linear interpolation.   • If the INVH TSR for the Performance Period relative to the Index Return falls between the two examples set forth above, then the Relative TSR Percentage shall be determined using linear interpolation (and rounded to the nearest whole percentage point).

  • For example, if the Index Return for the Performance Period is one percent (1.0%) and the INVH TSR is negative one percent (-1.0%), then the Relative TSR Percentage shall be 0%.

  • For example, if the Index Return for the Performance Period is negative one percent (-1.0%) and the INVH TSR is one percent (1.0%), then the Relative TSR Percentage shall be 100%.

  • Relative TSR means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • Payout Percentage means the percentage (between 0% and 200%) determined by the Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2, which shall be used to determine the value of each Performance Unit.

  • Target Percentage means those percentages assigned to Participants pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.

  • TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Comparison Group members for the Performance Period. In determining the Company’s TSR Percentile for the Performance Period, in the event that the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period is equal to the TSR(s) of one or more other Comparison Group members for that same period, the Company’s TSR Percentile ranking will be determined by ranking the Company’s TSR for that period as being greater than such other Comparison Group members.
