Release Consideration Period definition

Release Consideration Period means the period of time pursuant to the terms of the Release afforded the Executive to consider whether to sign it.
Release Consideration Period means the period of time specified by the Release, not to exceed forty-five (45) days, during which the affected Participant is permitted to consider whether or not to sign the Release.

  • Executive further acknowledges that any modification of this Release, whether material or immaterial, will not restart or change the Release Consideration Period.

  • The Company’s obligation to provide such payments and benefits is expressly made subject to and conditioned upon Executive executing a Release within the Release Consideration Period and delivering it to the Company with the Release Revocation Period expired without revocation.

  • Notwithstanding the payment schedule set forth in Section 6(b)(i) hereof, if the Release Consideration Period spans two calendar years, then the first payment to be made pursuant to Section 6(b)(i) shall be on the first payroll date following the later of (i) January 1 following the Termination Date or (ii) the Release Effective Date.

  • As of such later date but conditioned upon the Executive’s execution and delivery to the Company of a Release within the Release Consideration Period and the expiration of the Release Revocation Period without revocation, the Executive will be entitled to vesting and payout governed by the terms of the applicable Evidence of Award, subject in any event to the Release Requirements of this sentence.

  • You agree that changes to this Subsequent Release, whether material or immaterial, do not toll or restart the Subsequent Release Consideration Period.
