Release from duty means: (1) in a performance, when the Concertmaster starts to walk off stage or the Orchestra Manager signals the end of the performance; unless another performance is rostered within the same call; (2) in all other work, when released by the conductor or the Orchestra Manager or the rostered call time expires; (3) for travel, when returned to home base; and when away from home base, on arrival at the hotel, rehearsal or performance venue as determined by advance agreement between the Administration and the Musicians’ Executive.

Examples of Release from duty in a sentence

  • Emergency medical condition means a medical condition manifesting itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) so that a prudent layperson, who possesses an average knowledge of health and medicine, could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in a condition described in clause (i), (ii), or (iii) of section 1867(e)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395dd(e)(1)(A)). In that provision of the Social Security Act, clause (i) refers to placing the health of the individual (or, with respect to a pregnant woman, the health of the woman or her unborn child) in serious jeopardy; clause (ii) refers to serious impairment to bodily functions; and clause (iii) refers to serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part.

  • Business Condition means the financial condition, business, assets, liabilities and operations of a Person.

  • Restriction Termination Date means the first day on which the Board of Directors of the Corporation determines that it is no longer in the best interests of the Corporation to attempt to, or continue to, qualify as a REIT.

  • Restriction Release Date means such date, after the Effective Date, that the Board of Directors determines in good faith that it is in the best interests of the Corporation and its stockholders for the transfer restrictions set forth in this Article 4 to terminate.

  • Termination After Change in Control means either of the following events occurring within twelve (12) months after a Change in Control:
