Release Letter definition

Release Letter means a letter substantially in the form of Exhibit IX hereto (or such other form as may be acceptable to Purchaser).

Release Letter means a letter substantially in the form of Exhibit X hereto (or such other form as may be acceptable to Buyer). “ REMIC ” shall mean a real estate mortgage investment conduit, within the meaning of Section 860D(a) of the Code.
