Release Parcel Release Price definition

Release Parcel Release Price shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Release Parcel Release Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.1(a)(vi) hereof.
Release Parcel Release Price means 115% of the amount (if any) required such that the loan-to-value ratio of the remaining Mortgaged Property, based on a current appraisal, does not exceed 56%.
