Relevant Adviser definition

Relevant Adviser means the individual working for or on behalf of an Authorised Person or Appointed Representative, who provides information, advice and assistance to an Applicant in relation to a Mortgage Application, and/or submits a Mortgage Application on behalf of the Applicant.
Relevant Adviser means a person listed in Part A of the Schedule to the Order, or authorised by the Tribunal upon further application, who has given a written undertaking to the Tribunal in the terms of Part B to the Schedule.

  • Promptly upon appointment of the Relevant Adviser, the Buyer Parties and the Seller shall instruct the Relevant Adviser to give his opinion of the likely Fair Value on the basis of the instructions set out in the appendix to this Schedule.

  • The Buyer Parties and Seller shall each counter-sign the terms of appointment of the Relevant Adviser as soon as they are agreed.

  • The Buyer Parties and Seller shall agree terms of engagement with the Relevant Adviser as soon as reasonably practicable after the Relevant Adviser is nominated and shall not withhold or delay their consent to such terms if they are reasonable and consistent with the provisions of this agreement.

Related to Relevant Adviser

  • Adviser means a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Article IV, Section 7(a) hereof;

  • Independent Adviser means an independent financial institution of international repute or other independent financial adviser experienced in the international debt capital markets, in each case appointed by the Issuer at its own expense;

  • Relevant Agreement means an agreement benefiting persons who receive educational instruction at the School.

  • Adviser/Subadviser means the Adviser or a Subadviser, if any, of the Fund or both as the context may require.
