Relevant City definition

Relevant City means the city as specified in § 3 of the Product Data as Relevant City.
Relevant City means, if the Relevant Transaction Type is included in (a) the Americas, New York and (b) Asia Ex-Japan, Australia-New Zealand, EMEA or Japan, London.

  • Relevant Area shall be defined for the purposes of this Agreement as any area located within, or within fifty (50) miles of, the legal boundaries or limits of any city within which the Company or any parent, subsidiary or affiliate thereof is providing Services, has commenced the acquisition of any authorizations, rights of way or facilities or has commenced the construction of facilities for the purpose of providing Services, or the Company has publicly announced or privately disclosed in writing to Employee that it plans to provide Services.

  • Relevant Interbank Market means in relation to euro, the European interbank market and, in relation to any other currency, the London interbank market.

  • Relevant Group means the Company and any affiliated, combined, consolidated, unitary or similar group of which the Company is or was a member.

  • Relevant Country means, as determined by the Calculation Agent, each of:

  • Tank vessel means a ship that is constructed or adapted to carry, or that carries, oil in bulk as cargo or cargo residue, and that:

  • Relevant Benchmark means the Index, the Reference Interest Rate and any other index, benchmark or price source by reference to which principal or other amounts payable under the Securities is calculated.
