Relevant Executive Officer definition
Relevant Executive Officer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
Relevant Executive Officer means an Executive Officer of the Division to which a matter is connected. A connection may exist due to, for example, supervisory or enforcement responsibility and/or the nature of allegations being made. There may be more than one Relevant Executive Officer in respect of a particular matter,
Relevant Executive Officer means the executive officer in the employee’s line of reporting: either Executive Officer: Heritage Resources Management, or Executive Officer Corporate Affairs, or Executive Officer: Human Resources or the Chief Financial Officer.
