Relevant Financial Services means (A) mutual fund management and related advisory services, (B) institutional asset and investment management and related advisory services and (C) any other services or products provided by the Companies from time to time which, at any time during the twelve (12) months preceding the termination of the Executive’s employment, are within the scope of the Executive’s responsibilities.

Related to Relevant Financial Services

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;
