Relevant Form definition

Relevant Form means the form prescribed in the completed DEFFORM 522A attached to this Contract, for the purpose of seeking Payment Approval. A copy, such as a photocopy or fax, of a Relevant Form showing Payment Approval is not acceptable.

More Definitions of Relevant Form

Relevant Form means in relation to an application under section 125, the form prescribed in Schedule 2, and issued by the Authority to the applicant bearing the reference number assigned by the Authority.
