Examples of Relevant Form in a sentence

  • All requests for payment shall be submitted using the Relevant Form to the Authority’s Accounts Payable Department as set out in the appendix to Contract.

  • Notwithstanding any statement to the contrary on the Relevant Form, payment approval shall not be construed as acceptance by the Authority of the satisfactory performance of the Contractor’s obligations nor as a waiver of it’s rights and remedies either under the Contract or otherwise.

  • Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.
