Relevant Governmental Entity definition
Relevant Governmental Entity means (i) the European Commission, (ii) any Governmental Entity to whom the Transaction is referred to by the European Commission pursuant to Clause 4.1.1(b) and (iii) the FCA;
Relevant Governmental Entity means only a Governmental Entity of competent jurisdiction in a jurisdiction listed in Section 7.1(d) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
