RELEVANT NOTEHOLDERS definition

RELEVANT NOTEHOLDERS has the meaning given in Section 16.

RELEVANT NOTEHOLDERS means the Class A-1 Noteholders as that term is defined in the US Dollar Note Trust Deed.
