BT shall give written notice of the proposed changes and publish details of those changes on the Openreach Website for at least the Relevant Notice Period before the date the changes are proposed to take effect.
If there are no objections to the proposed changes within that Relevant Notice Period from the Communications Provider or from anyone who has a contract for the Service, the Communications Provider agrees that the changes shall take effect from the proposed effective date.
BT shall: (i) notify any change to the Communications Provider; and (ii) publish details of any change on the Openreach Website not less than the Relevant Notice Period before the change is to take effect.
