Relevant Occupation definition
Relevant Occupation means a lease, sub-lease, sub-licence or other right to occupy or possess (which may arise, without limitation, as a result of ownership) by the Access Provider of any RBI 2 Site.
Relevant Occupation means an occupation as a doctor, indigenous health worker, midwife, registered nurse, or veterinary surgeon.
Examples of Relevant Occupation in a sentence
Rental Costs will not form part of the Charges for RBI 2 Sites for a period of ten (10) years from the date of the signed Relevant Occupation for the relevant RBI 2 Site.
Such Relevant Occupation will have reasonable provision for the First In WISP, assuming the Standard Co- location Equipment is required for the RBI 2 Site, and the Access Provider will provide the Registered Party with a copy of the Relevant Occupation.
