  • relevant power means any power, whether exercisable by voting or otherwise and whether excisable alone or in association with others-

  • Bail-in Powers means any Write-down and Conversion Powers as defined in the EU Bail-in Legislation Schedule, in relation to the relevant Bail-in Legislation.

  • Relevant Price or "S(k)" means, in relation to a Fund Interest and any Strategy Calculation Date, the Fund Value per Fund Interest.

  • Relevant Party means the Borrower, each of the Owners, any other Security Party and each member of the Group from time to time;

  • relevant Minister means the Secretary of State or the Minister for the Cabinet Office;

  • Relevant Page means the relevant page on Bloomberg or such other information service provider that displays the relevant information.

  • Relevant Parties means the Agent, each Borrower, each Security Party, the Security Trustee, each Lender and the Swap Bank;

  • Relevant Supervisory Consent means, in relation to any redemption or purchase of the Notes, any required permission of the Relevant Regulator applicable to the Company or the Relevant UK Resolution Authority (as applicable). For the avoidance of doubt, Relevant Supervisory Consent will not be required if either (i) none of the Debt Securities qualify as part of the Issuer’s regulatory capital, or own funds and eligible liabilities or loss absorbing capacity instruments, as the case may be, each pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations, (ii) the relevant Debt Securities are repurchased for market-making purposes in accordance with any permission given by the Relevant Regulator pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission or (iii) the relevant Debt Securities are being redeemed or repurchased pursuant to any general prior permission granted by the Relevant Regulator or the Relevant UK Resolution Authority (as applicable) pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission.

  • relevant person means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence -

  • relevant week means the reduction week or part-week in which the capital in question of which the applicant has deprived himself within the meaning of paragraph 67(1)—

  • Supervised financial organization means a person, other than an insurance company or other organization primarily engaged in an insurance business:

  • prescribed authority means the authorities specified in Rule 12 of Plastic Waste Management and Handling Rules, 2016, and Commissioner, Municipal Corporations, Chief Executive Officer/Executive Officer, Urban Local Bodies ;

  • Relevant Tax Jurisdiction ’ shall mean, in the case of payment by the Issuer, the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg (where the Issuer is FFT), Canada (where the Issuer is FFC) or the United States of America (where the Issuer is FFNA) or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax and, in the case of payment by the Guarantor, shall mean the Republic of Italy and any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax.
