Relevant Securities Exchange definition

Relevant Securities Exchange means at any time, in respect of the Option Securities that are listed or dealt in on a stock exchange or a regulated market, the principal stock exchange or regulated market of the relevant Option Securities, and in respect of the Option Securities that are not listed or dealt in on a stock exchange or a regulated market but which are traded OTC, the principal market maker(s) of the relevant Option Securities.
Relevant Securities Exchange means the FMDQ Over-The-Counter (‘OTC’) Securities Exchange, or any other relevant securities exchange, duly authorised and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Relevant Securities Exchange means any stock or securities exchange in any jurisdiction on which any shares or other securities of the Company or any Shareholder (or any of their respective Affiliates) are listed or traded.
