Relevant Ships definition

Relevant Ships means any or all of them, as the context may require;
Relevant Ships has the meaning given such term in the definition ofTotal Market Value Adjusted Assetsin Clause 1.2;
Relevant Ships means, together, the-Ships and any other vessel from time to time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) owned (directly or indirectly) by, or chartered to, any Security Party or HoldCo and “Relevant Ship” means any of them;

Examples of Relevant Ships in a sentence

  • The value of each of the Relevant Ships determined in accordance with the provisions of this clause 7.3 shall be binding upon the parties hereto for the purposes of calculating the Total Market Value Adjusted Assets until such time as any further such valuations shall be obtained.
