Relevant Supervisor definition

Relevant Supervisor means the entity primarily responsible for the prudential supervision of the Borrower, being the Prudential Regulation Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority or any other entity so responsible (as applicable), or in each case any successor thereto;
Relevant Supervisor means the employee/s concerned direct supervisor or manager, unless the Company has nominated another person in writing to be the relevant supervisor for the purpose of this Agreement.
Relevant Supervisor means the employee of the Board who for the time being is or exercises the functions of the Line Supervisor or Station Supervisor with responsibility for the Site.

  • In making such decisions, the Relevant Supervisor should report any such conflict or potential conflict to AmCham’s President and (where the Relevant Supervisor is the Chief Executive Officer or a Committee Chair) to the chairman of the Internal Governance Committee.The evaluation of a potential conflict of interest must be made by the Relevant Supervisor.
