• Upon any termination of, or appointment of a successor to, the Servicer pursuant to this Article VII, the Indenture Trustee (or the Relevant Trustee if no Notes are Outstanding) will give prompt written notice thereof to the Owner Trustee, the Issuer, the Administrator, the Asset Representations Reviewer and to the Noteholders and the Certificateholders at their respective addresses of record.

Relevant Trustee means (i) prior to the payment in full of principal of and interest on the Notes, the Indenture Trustee and (ii) following the payment in full of principal of and interest on the Notes, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as Certificate Paying Agent; provided, however, that with respect to any property that is under the joint or separate control of a co-trustee or separate trustee under the Trust Agreement or the Indenture, respectively, “Relevant Trustee” shall refer to either or both of the Certificate Paying Agent and such co-trustee or separate trustee or to either or both of the Indenture Trustee and such co-trustee or separate trustee, as the case may be.
