Issuer Trustee definition

Issuer Trustee means Montreal Trust Company of Canada and its successors.

Issuer Trustee means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Issuer Trustee under the Declaration of Trust, its successors in interest and any successor Issuer Trustee under the Declaration of Trust.

Issuer Trustee means First Union Trust Company, National Association or any other Issuer Trustee designated by the Grantor or any Owner from time to time.
