Relevant Working Day definition

Relevant Working Day means a normal working day in the relevant jurisdiction and excludes a Saturday or Sunday or a public holiday in the relevant jurisdiction;
Relevant Working Day means a day on which commercial banks are open for busi- ness (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the place where the specified office of the Registrar is located and;

Related to Relevant Working Day

  • Working Day means any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales.

  • relevant week means the reduction week or part-week in which the capital in question of which the applicant has deprived himself within the meaning of paragraph 67(1)—

  • Relevant Business Day means a day which is both an Underlying Business Day (i.e. an Exchange Business Day) and a Specified Venue Securities Business Day (i.e. any day on which the Specified Venue on which the Securities are listed is open for a regular trading session);

  • relevant year means a year commencing at 00:00 hours on 1 April and ending at 23:59 hours on the following 31 March;

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and
