Reliability Management System definition

Reliability Management System or “RMS” means the contractual reliability management program implemented through the WECC Reliability Criteria Agreement, Section 2 of the Reliability Management System Agreement and any similar contractual arrangement to which the Western Electricity Coordinating Council is a party.

Examples of Reliability Management System in a sentence

  • Each Party shall comply with the Applicable Reliability Council requirements, and the Interconnection Customer shall execute the Reliability Management System Agreement of the Applicable Reliability Council attached hereto as Appendix G.

  • If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Interconnection Customer shall immediately notify the CAISO and the Participating TO and restore the Power System Stabilizers to operation as soon as possible and in accordance with the Reliability Management System Agreement in Appendix G.

  • Seller shall enter into and comply with the WECC Reliability Management System (Generator) Agreement, or successor agreement, as of the Commercial Operation Date and throughout the Delivery Term.

  • Seller shall maintain its WECC Reliability Management System Agreement in full force and effect throughout the Services Term.

  • If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Interconnection Customer shall immediately notify the ISO and the Participating TO and restore the Power System Stabilizers to operation as soon as possible and in accordance with the Reliability Management System Agreement in Part G.

  • Each Party shall comply with the Applicable Reliability Council requirements, and the Interconnection Customer shall execute the Reliability Management System Agreement of the Applicable Reliability Council attached hereto as Part G.

  • The Interconnection Customer shall restore the speed governors and voltage regulators to automatic operation as soon as possible and in accordance with the Reliability Management System Agreement in Appendix G.

  • Each Party shall comply with the Applicable Reliability Council requirements, and the Interconnection Customer shall execute the Reliability Management System Agreement of the Applicable Reliability Council attached hereto as Appendix H.

  • Seller shall have executed a WECC Reliability Management System Agreement, which shall be in full force and effect as of the Initial Delivery Date.

  • If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Interconnection Customer shall immediately notify the ISO and the Participating TO and restore the Power System Stabilizers to operation as soon as possible and in accordance with the Reliability Management System Agreement in Appendix G.
