Reliability Organization definition

Reliability Organization means an “Electric Reliability Organization” as defined in Section 215(a)(2) of the Federal Power Act or a “regional entity” as defined in Section 215(a)(7) of the Federal Power Act.

  • All respective rights and obligations of a Party to this Agreement shall be conducted in a manner that meet or exceed the applicable NERC and Regional Reliability Organization policies, procedures, and standards; as such policies, procedures, and standards may be revised from time to time.

  • The termination of this Agreement shall not take effect until such transition has been effected, unless the transition period exceeds one year, at which time Midwest Reliability Organization may unilaterally terminate.

  • Midwest Reliability Organization is governed in accordance with its bylaws by a balanced stakeholder board.

  • To the extent that the Commission issues an order amending or materially affecting the rights or obligations of Midwest Reliability Organization under this Agreement, Midwest Reliability Organization shall have the option, exercisable no later than 60 days after issuance of such order, to terminate this Agreement.
