Relief Date definition

Relief Date has the meaning set forth in the first recital paragraph hereto.
Relief Date means February 3, 2011, the date upon which the Bankruptcy Court entered the order for relief granting an involuntary chapter 11 petition against the Debtor, and ordered the appointment of a chapter 11 trustee.
Relief Date means February 1, 2017, the date upon which the order for relief was entered.

Related to Relief Date

  • Relief Event means any of the following events or circumstances if and to the extent it interferes adversely with, or causes a failure of, the carrying out of the Design, the Construction or the Services or causes an Unavailability Event:

  • Cessation Date means the date of Participant’s Termination of Service (regardless of the reason for such termination).

  • Relief Act Shortfall As to any Payment Date and any Mortgage Loan (other than a Mortgage Loan relating to an REO Property), any shortfalls relating to the Relief Act or similar legislation or regulations.

  • Flip-in Date means the tenth business day after any Stock Acquisition Date or such earlier or later date as the Board of Directors of the Company may from time to time fix by resolution adopted prior to the Flip-In Date that would otherwise have occurred.

  • Relief Act Reductions With respect to any Distribution Date and any Mortgage Loan as to which there has been a reduction in the amount of interest collectible thereon for the most recently ended calendar month as a result of the application of the Relief Act, the amount, if any, by which (i) interest collectible on such Mortgage Loan for the most recently ended calendar month is less than (ii) interest accrued thereon for such month pursuant to the Mortgage Note.

  • Bankruptcy Coverage Termination Date The point in time at which the Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount is reduced to zero.

  • Covenant Relief Period means the period commencing on the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date and ending on and including December 31, 2022.

  • Relief Act Reduction With respect to any Mortgage Loan as to which there has been a reduction in the amount of the interest collectible thereon as a result of the application of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, any amount by which interest collectible on such Mortgage Loan for the Due Date in the related Due Period is less than the interest accrued thereon for the applicable one-month period at the Mortgage Interest Rate without giving effect to such reduction.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.

  • Eviction Relief Period means the term of this Agreement.

  • Loan Termination Date means the earliest to occur of the following: (a) November , 2009, (b) the date the Obligations are accelerated pursuant to this Agreement or the Revolving Note and (c) the date the Bank has received (i) notice in writing from the Borrower of the Borrower’s election to terminate this Agreement or the Revolving Note or (ii) indefeasible payment in full of the Obligations.

  • Relief Act Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date and any Mortgage Loan, any reduction in the amount of interest collectible on such Mortgage Loan for the most recently ended calendar month as a result of the application of the Relief Act.

  • Availability Termination Date means, as to either Borrower, the earliest of (a) the Maturity Date for such Borrower, (b) the reduction of the Borrower Sublimit of such Borrower to zero pursuant to Section 2.8.3 or termination of the obligation to make Loans to, or issue Letters of Credit for the account of, such Borrower pursuant to Section 8.1 and (c) the date of termination in whole of the Aggregate Commitment and the Commitments pursuant to Section 2.8.3 or Section 8.1.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • Collection Date means the date on which the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Advances have been repaid in full and all Interest and fees and all other Obligations (other than contingent indemnification and reimbursement obligations which are unknown, unmatured and/or for which no claim giving rise thereto has been asserted) have been paid in full, and the Borrower shall have no further right to request any additional Advances.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • Step-In Date means 5 Business Days after delivery of a Step-In Notice;

  • Reinstatement Date means the date from which a policy will be reinstated after cancellation.

  • Liquidity Termination Date means the earlier to occur of the following:

  • Disaffiliation Date means the Closing Date and have that additional meaning set out in Section 2.4 below.

  • Term Loan Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (a) the Term Loan Maturity Date and (b) the acceleration of the Term Loans in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Transaction Date means, with respect to the Incurrence of any Indebtedness by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, the date such Indebtedness is to be Incurred and, with respect to any Restricted Payment, the date such Restricted Payment is to be made.

  • Computation Date is defined in Section 2.04.

  • Computation Period means each period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters ending on the last day of a Fiscal Quarter.
