Relocating Authority definition

Relocating Authority shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.

  • If Grantor receives reimbursement from a Relocating Authority that exceeds Grantor’s costs of the relocation, Grantor shall pay to Grantee its pro rata share of the reimbursement based on the number of Grantee Fibers and the Total Fiber Count in the affected portion of the Grantor System.
